it sounds like the new york dolls covering cheap trick. maybe i just hadn't noticed, but there seems to be an emerging group of bands that seem to be indie arena acts that sort of sound roughly like a garage band until you hear some of the drum fills and guitar riffs they're ripping off, which are straight out of a sweet record.
and yes, that sounds like a clown honking a bicycle horn in the intro to me too.
