Austin rock rock rock band The Arm plays Cinespace (w. Single Frame) in a couple weeks to pimp the release of their new album Call You Out and i suggest-gest-gest you go go go. the new material is sounding strong and i just get the idea that this band needs to be seen live to be heard.
it's hard to call them lyrics when you're talking about the arm - they're more like conceptual mantras delivered to music. in particular, songs like song automatic 1 2 3. sort of like an indie art house version of amie mann - who's writing style is to twist together cliches until she has combined them into something new - so to the arm deal in verbal concept cluster bombs.
